Good day Actifitters!
Watching the news, and I just learned the total cases here in the Philippines has reached 500k already. Actually, the total cases is already 502k, and surpassed Switzerland at number 31, and also the 31st country to reach half a million cases. This day, the highest increase was recorded after months. It might be the lack of implementation of guidelines or the people's complacency leading to the surge.

I am early to wake up, and took heed of my alarm clock so I don't have to rush preparing our breakfast. Also, I am going to attend our weekend virtual meetings in sign language. I'm glad I am able to have my friend share his recorded discourse in sign language which will be presented in our own meeting. I had spasm recently, and I got to rest ny shoulder. I prepared my laundry while preparing our breakfast, and finished it after lunch.
