Quarantine Life Day 303 / My Actifit Report Card: January 16 2021
Good day Actifitters!
I heard lockdown are already imposed in several countries worldwide due to the resurgence of Covid19. In fact, globally, the number of cases is climbing further now at 93.57 million. Casualties caused by Covid19 is already 2 million. Ten countries already reached 2 million Covid19 cases with Germany as the latest. Philippines is still at 32nd, and getting close to half a million.
Actifit Report
I need to exercise as jogging and walking outdoors. Being inside the house won't be healthy physically and mentally. I need fresh air from the outside, and I am planning to do it again. Indoor exercise, I think, isn't enough. I still do exercise as a routine, hence, I reached my goal in @actifit. My routines for the day are the usual while we're still under quarantine.
