During this quarantine times, I can see some people having mental problems, while others' behaviors has changed. Thus, it is essential to check one's mental health, and do necessary steps to help oneself including exercising or living a healthy lifestyle in general.
As the spike continues, global cases had surpassed 43 million already (now at 43.38 million). Most affected countries tally: United States (8.79 million), India (7.9 million), Brazil (5.41 million), and Russia (1.53 million). Available data here.
Philippines has tallied below 2k in a day, which the current total is 371k. The number of recoveries isn't always updated thus it will go up high at times, and the current total is 328k. At this moment, the number of cases is already down to 351 here in Pangasinan.
Mondays used to be a busy day so I prepared early with my laundry while cooking our breakfast at the same time. I have to finish things out early so I can work online in the afternoon. While cooking our lunch, I cleaned up the living room. I also arranged the vegetables which I ordered.
Gladly, I am able to work online in the afternoon. But by late afternoon, I exercised as planned. Thus, my goal was achieved with more than 8,200 activity counts.
