Quarantine Life Day 214 / My Actifit Report Card: October 16 2020

Good day Actifitters!

Our town has more than 20 active cases, and it's saddening to hear that there's one death just recently. Never have I thought that Covid19 cases will reach 20. There are months when our town has zero cases. But during the early days of the quarantine, the first Covid case was in our village, just about 150 meters from our home. Thus, the total lockdown in our village. At the moment, our Province's total active cases dropped to 350, an improvement yet still high.

Covid19 Cases

There are some countries which are still experiencing surges, but others has been able to control. Yet, the global cases has reached 39.25 million. The most affected countries are still among those with significant surges, and their totals are: United States (8.12 million), India (7.43 million), Brazil (5.2 million), and Russia (1.36 million). Additionally data can be found here. Our country, which is Philippines, still had thousands of new cases now with 351k, and it includes 29 4 k recoveries.

Actifit Report

After several days of not reaching my goal of 5,000 activity counts, I finally achieved what I aimed with more than 7,900 counts. While cooking our breakfast, I have been exercising , which started with stretching. After my morning meal, I worked online with occasional walking.

Then while cooking our lunch, I am cleaning our kitchen. I worked online, and took some rest in the afternoon. By late afternoon, I cleaned up the living room by removing cobwebs, and sweeping the floor. I also cleaned the front yard as leaves accumulates. I also exercised with treadmill, and going up and down the stairs again.

Our papaya tree is bearing more fruits. More flowers are blooming as well.
