My Actifit Report Card: June 26 2020
Good morning Actifitters!
I didn't reach my goal the other day, but yesterday, I crossed above 5,400 activity counts. Hence, goal was achieved, which is 5,000 counts.
Yesterday, I did my exercises as I got up off bed with stretching, push-ups, planking, and sit-ups. Afterwards, I headed downstairs to prepare our breakfast. I rushed because I would be joining our online deaf field service, as we start to invite deaf people for the viewing of our online convention.
After lunch, I prepared for to teach my deaf study with my sister, and sister in law. Gladly, we haven't had technical issues. I exercised a bit after that like jumping, walking, around, and treadmill.
Just this morning to jumpstart my day.
