My Actifit Report Card: June 12 2020
Good morning Actifitters!
I may not have reached my goal yesterday, but at least, I am able to do some of my tasks that I needed to finish. Also, I still accumulated more than 4,600 activity counts, which isn't that bad.
Well, I did these exercises: sit-ups, planking, push-ups, stretching, jogging, treadmill, and walking.
I also did these activities: breathing techniques, self-reflexology, EFT, 5-ball projector of Nuga Best, and diet pad.
My chores has always been: cleaning, cooking, etc.
Today, I have lots of chores to do as well.
The bitter gourd is climbing on the woods already.
