Endorphins for today | Early workout at the Baywalk.

Hello actifitters all over the world and hive community! What's up with you guys? I hope you all are holistically well. I am just glad the weather is cooperating today and I'm able to gain some endorphins through skipping and jogging outside. Earlier today, I went to the baywalk and spent almost an hour working out. I normally go there around 6-7 AM since there isn't much people yet and most establishments are still closed. Doing cardio really helps me a lot during this pandemic because it really boosts my mood and keeps me go through the day. I just like going to the boulevard during this time to see the beautiful sunrise and its fresher air compared by just staying at home.

Due to the pandemic, there are some community protocols that we have to follow. We have to wear atleast a facemask if we go outside and observe physical distancing. If we need to enter establishments we have to wear faceshiled too.

Look at how refreshing this view is. This is one of the reasons why I love morning walk at the bay. This place is actually crowded and rowdy at night. There are a lot of restaurants and drinking places nearby.

When I got back home, I prepared this carrot shake for my breakfast. I just sometimes do this because I'm lazy to blend it. But today, I felt like drinking it.

I guess I got the endorphins and energy that I need to get through this day. I will be doing some work at home and be doing household chores too. Thank you @actifit.
