PPL workout - Legs
Hello everyone !
I swear legs day is coming more often than the others :D
Wasn’t in the mood of static exercices so I focused on running sets and few dynamic ones.
On the menu today:
- 40m sprints 15x
- jumping squats 5x15
- walking lunges 5x30
- 100m fast runs 10x
- standing calves 5x30
- bit more running
