PPL workout - PULL
Hello everyone !
Finished a call late so it delayed my session quite late too. I realised I would have to shorten it to an hour so I had no choice to reduce the rest time :D
Less than a minute rest between each set.
On the menu:
- wide grip pull-ups 5x6-8
- inverted rows 5x8-12
- close grip pull-ups 5x6-8
- high pulls/reversed butterfly alternate 5x8+8
- biceps curls 4x10-12
