PPL workout - PUSH
Hello everyone !
Just some random mini farm parcels on my way to the chest workout.
I’ve been once again to the parallel bars spot, king of enjoying the focus I can put on my shoulders there. And I also would like to achieve this planche to handstand trick.
Will need at least few months for that but I’ll keep you posted ;)
On the menu:
- regular push-ups 5x15
- inclined push-ups 5x12
- p-bars dips 5x15-20
- L-sit to tucked planche transition 8x6-10
- triceps pushdowns 5x12
- triceps overhead push 4x8-10
