Sorry to hear that your @actifit app is not recording all the steps correctly. Maybe some phone related issue! For me, it is working just fine.

Thanks man, yeah this is a rather recent problem, I am not sure but I recently made an update of Android and I think that is when it started, all phone settings are as they should to keep the app from turning off and to keep running also while it's locked, I have double checked all of it, and a restart does not fix anything either, not really sure what I can do more, I wish you an awesome new week.

(if not tried already) Uninstall the app and reinstall. Sometime it works.
