It's amazing how quickly fast food and not eating well in general, affects a person negatively. When moving house, especially when time is short, take away food is the easiest option but one pays the price quite quickly.

It's good that you're getting on top of it, back to training and feeling better for it.

Yup, my stomach was not my best friend over the past few days. Unfortunately I still have this week to finish another load and then clean and repair a few bumps and hand over the keys. Id be able to have it done in a day or two but I also have work as does my partner :(

Good news though, signed the contract for the build with building scheduled to commence in May

They reckon Max 8 - 9 months. It's a double. We're going thinner builf. 12.5m frontage. We have a 14m frontage block. Extending the garage 1.5m to have a drive through to the back.

The house is also shorter it is designed for a 28m block we have a 33.5 meter block.

469sqm half a mil in Melb :(

Not a bad frontage for a block in a new development In the urban in-fill townhouse developments here they're doing 8m frontages and I've seen 7.5 in master-planned developments like Delfin do. It's not for me, that's for sure.

It's good you'll have some land off the back though, somewhere to relax with the family, have a BBQ and all. I'm sure we'll see some photos of the progress here on hive. :)
