As life as we knew it slowly returns with play dates, school and nursery plans to reopen, I am appreciating the remaining quiet, having both my children with me on my non-working days and being able to have lunch in our garden on sunny days ☀️
I expect I won’t have to be fully office based again 👩🏻💻 and will be able to work around my childcare needs 👦🏻👧🏻 rather than spends hours stuck in traffic to be seen in the office 🚗
The need to travel to visit relatives has fallen away and there is no great rush to get ourselves up and out of the house in the mornings anymore ⏰
Yet there is the sense that we are waiting for the end of the pandemic and that things will mostly return to how they were. It does feel like a mixed blessing in the meantime however 🌈

Great stepping @fleur, and the yellow roses are looking very beautiful, and yes it's different now compared to before, and what happens after the pandemic is over will most likely also be different, though closer to what used to be, the economic recovery will take a lot of time though, thanks for sharing, it's awesome.
