Yin yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ an antidote to panic 😷

There is always a meerkat on lookout at the wildlife park. I am also rather wide eyed at the moment 👀

I went through relaxing yin yoga with all my worries playing out this evening 💭

Will the schools and nursery close? Have I caught a bug from my daughter who is coughing? If so, I will have to work from home for a week 👩🏻‍💻

Then the situation in Amsterdam worsens. We are heading there in 29 days, or perhaps not! Everything is shut except for our hotel it seems (which will not give us a refund) and the supermarkets. How can a hotel stay open whilst all other public venues are shut?! Profit before people 💶

Is there anyone in Amsterdam who can tell me how things are there? 😷

From a few hours ago every bar, restaurant and schools are closed in Amsterdam for 3 weeks.
Getting scary but I think it is the best decision.
