Even if it will seem counterproductive since you need physical energy rather than waiting to use it, using your body would provide you with more energy.
We spend a lot of our everyday energy sitting down, and our bodies never really get going.
Exercising, or just getting up and stretching, will help you feel more energized right away.
That's why they set an alarm on my phone a few times a day so I divide my workouts;
- stretch in the morning before my coffee, then kettlebell swings, and push ups
I also get busy by moving around when am cooking and trying to take photos of the dish.
Today I went outside for a walk and brought my camera with me and took random photos
...and that's the only photo I think am a little satisfied, need more time for practice.
The rest of my actifit counts are just walking around my place, doing random stuff.
