Cycling Thursday
Another day of working from home and a cycling training in the evening. I did a relatively easy training, but with 30-30 seconds intervals. I did two times five repetitions. The first one with head wind and the second one with tail wind. Pretty hard, since it was the first time this season. But clearly a good training.
