Yesterday wasn't my best day but I'm glad I did half of the desired 10k steps. It's still something. Was busy all day, and could not go for a walk.
Not all days are the same, which is good obviously, even though that sometimes mean I can't reach the minimum of 5k.
This weekend will be a gardening weekend, which is always busy and tiring. I'm not sure how many steps I can get per day but won't be sitting all day, that's for sure.
