My Actifit Report Card: March 17 2020

Another crazy day in my diary. The covid-19 madness is going on. I've been running around to buy things we need, to be sure we're safe and can survive without any problems, although we're not at that phase yet.

It's crazy how many things you have to think of when in a crisis situation and I'm not referring to luxury things, but basic needs.

I'm still hoping people are going to calm down soon and stop acting like there's no tomorrow.

So yesterday I boosted my stepcount by walking here and there, buying supplies and was exhausted in the evening. I guess more mentally but a good sleep can fix a lot.
