Holy Month Ramadan and its food habit

It is holy month of Ramadan now. The Muslim community is fasting on day time. Getting over self out of food and drinks for day long is a practice and reminder of the Hunger people. It is not only beneficial to our health but also it is beneficial to our spiritual mentality. We can just feel that how to feel when we are hungry. It teaches us for the whole month to sacrifice more and more for The Hunger people throughout the world and around us. It is not the main Idea or theme of Ramadan fasting rather it is is the guidelines for command from the almighty god what we believe the Muslim community.

Sometimes the meaning is not being understood by the people as they are trying to take more and more food and most of the cases reach food in the night. It is allowed but should not be accepted because it is the month of holy spiritual benefit where we can pay more and more by utilising our time. It is not in the day but in the night we should play more and more because this month comes after 12 month and we can only get a month in a year which is very very important for the Muslim to repent their sin. so I think we should avoid the rich foods and we should take less food so that we can play more and more that should be our Desire in this holy month of Ramadan. That is what the teaching of this month if we just closed in look at the philosophy of this month where it is suggested to pay more and if you think about praying more than we need to just take less so that we can work hard in the night and in the day time as well on prayer.
