If you just check my actifit report today you will find a dramatic change of the steps counted today. It's about 25 thousand. And its huge. The best one of last couple of years. As I have mentioned earlier this year is a planning year for me where I shall do do a lot of active work and will involve myself in most of the activity related work. This one is the reflection of that determination. Today I have worked more than 15 kilometre at a stress with one of my colleague. As I am walking after a long time due to go with 19 and other perspective it was a troublesome initially for me but after a certain time I have got some adjustment to myself. Ultimately I am very much happy with such kind of long work. If I can do such kind of activity daily then it will be a magical change in my life style. To get rid of heart diseases we need to avoid some fatty food and must have some working in the form of activity. And this is what I am focusing on this year and you will see the upcoming days hopefully.

Not only in the walking moment but also in in whole day I was active about several kinds of activities like arranging home conducting classes passing time with colleagues shopping going to bank walking for a long time doing some necessary work in my laptop and many more throughout the day. If I remain much more active in a day that day is very very special day for me because I love this very much and I want to be active at any cost which is very much mandatory for my health benefit which I am feeling right now at this stage of my life. I hope you will have similar kind of feelings or may be different so you can comment here about your feelings and anything like appreciating of my determination and planning about activity.
