Only Food Habit or exercise

food is our daily need and if we just think about the variety of food we can find a lot of variety of food in several societies of Bangladesh. Think about the country outside then the variety is huge. The main and common food of Bengali people is rice. although most of the doctors and fitness specialist are saying that rice is making our liver fatty and our stomach big. And we are losing your fitness in that way there suggesting in that way as well. For this reason we can see a lot of changes in the food habit of people. Now a day's people prefer roti or bread to rice.

diabetes and pity condition at the main reason behind this kind of changes in food nature. But I will not only focus on food habit. Because you know fitness is really important. If we can burn calories then it is not problem for us to intake more whatever the form of food it is bread or rice. But most problem is we cannot burn because we don't have much more physical exercise in this modern life. Changing of this habit is really important along with the food habit change to be healthy and fit for the upcoming days.

Today it was a fantastic and wonderful day for me as I was really active although my activity count is not so good. I was active with several activities like shopping travelling walking here and there but most of the activities were not counted due to the phone switched off. Whatever it is I have crossed 5K margin before phone going to sleep. that is great for me and I am happy with that.
