Relaxation is a part of our life. We don't need to work continueously at a stretch. Sometimes we need some break or interval of work. I think, that's the reason behind weekend or vacation.
Efficiency and Effectiveness. Both are important in our life. I think, after any break we get some enthusiasm and motivation towards our work. And for this, we basically do our work effectively.
I have some experience in this case from Student life. After the break of school, my effectiveness increased. That was my common phenomenon and scenario in the student life. I used to take some break in the interval of my study. And that was really awesome experience for me.
In my professional life I can experience such kind of situation again. For example after a picnic we can have more efficiency and effectiveness towards our work. At a stretch work is not good for our mental and Physical health. In Bangladesh we can see people are are doing a lot of task from morning to evening. I know couple of my friends who works from 8 a.m. to about 10 p.m. tonight. If I consider one hour journey before and after office then it's more than 15 hours for work. At a stress such kind of continuous work is not good for our mental health. If we do so we need break or interval frequently to maintain the level of activity and motivation.
Today it was a relaxation day for me and I felt it very nicely. That's why I am just thinking my past and present experiences to share. Thanks for stopping by
