My Actifit Report Card: September 15 2020

I was surprised to see the water bottle named with this nice actifit app. I am regularly using actifit app to track my daily activities and in that way I can maintain my level of fitness. The Fresh company of Bangladesh which is of maghna group just named their newly released water bottle as actift. It's really surprising that the name is physically identical with this actifit app.

It was rainy day today that's why the core activities is just walking around home. In the afternoon I want out from home for walking. And the rest of the time of the day I just spend time with family members and remained active by doing several work inside home and working here and there inside home as well. So after dinner again worked for a while which helped me to cross 5000 steps today. That's all for today. hope to see you tomorrow with another report of activity
