My Actifit Report Card: September 7 2020

In recent times, I am less active. And this is because of my sickness. For example yesterday I couldn't manage even 5K actifit steps. But in terms of today it's really different from yesterday. Whole day I was at home and was busy with family members and conducting classes through online medium. But in the afternoon and evening time, I was really busy as I met some of my college around the college campus and walked with them for about more than 2 hours. And in that time, we gossiped a lot about several issues. So this is the core activities of the day which I must mention.

The covid-19 situation of our neighbouring country India is not good. Each and every day a huge number of people are being identified with covid-19 there. Being a neighbouring country it is also a problem for us which I have mentioned in my previous couple of blogs. In the first picture you can see some boys are playing cricket around the yard. And that's happening throughout the country because they are out of school for about more than 5 months. You don't know what will happen next but still hoping for the better days.
