My Actifit Report Card: April 18 2021
Hi everybody and thanks for stopping by!
This morning being Sunday meant online church. We attended; the sermon was good!
Then, it was time to head outdoors and do a bit of gardening.
I got so busy into what I was doing that I realize I forgot to take any pictures, lol 😂 I’m too lazy now to go do it, so I’ll update pictures tomorrow. I was busy though planting flowers and pumpkins, squash , sunflowers and a few of the same as seed starts just in case the ones planted outside don’t make it. I’m finding that it relaxes me as I don’t really have to think as I do it plus it’s strengthening some muscles I don’t use all that often which is a benefit.
We met Jan at 2:30 and headed out for a hike. The weather here has been most summer like. The plant growth in the forest has taken off like gang busters! In some instances, it seems like 2 feet overnight! Take these Lady Ferns-they weren’t even showing the day before yesterday.
A lot of them are almost completely unfurled! Amazing!
@actifit-lamb and company came along, all but Wellington and Windsor. They wanted to have an afternoon nap instead.
They had a marvelous time soaking up the sunshine ☀️🐑
A bit of blogging, dinner and a spot of TV. Then it will be time to call it a night. Tomorrow has more gardening on the agenda and maybe a trip to Home Depot.

Hooray for spring! It really is amazing how quickly the plant growth comes up. I'm pretty sure if a person had the patience, they could watch things grow.
I agree; this stuff must really move and we are just to busy to stop and watch. Take care friend!

We will make hay while the sun shines; if the forecast holds, this coming weekend will be cloudy and rainy, but honestly, we need it. Things are crunchy, which never happens until August around here and I hear tell there were 3 fires between here and Seattle yesterday! Scary....it's too early for that stuff! Take care sis!🌸💕😘🤗
