My Actifit Report Card: July 12 2020
Hey everybody and thanks for stopping by!
Sunday saw us once again attending church via FB live. Carl gave a really good sermon on faith and repentance.
After church, we spent a little time on the computers. I also did some housework. Around 3:30, we headed out for the hike.
It was a beautiful and sunny day out with low humidity and a nice breeze. My definition of a perfect day for hiking.
Today was a busy trail day! First we tried to dodge some hikers, which is unusual in itself because no one other than us, hikes the trails regularly. We didn’t want to have to put face masks on. Then once we approached Bear Hollow, we had to take the trail we usually avoid because it goes by Keith and Lynn’s house. We heard hikers down Bear Hollow and once again wanted to avoid the masks.
Actifit-Lamb brought her friend Penelope-Lamb, and they had a tea party on the bench deep in the forest.
They spied @silvertop taking pics and wanted a pic of what they saw. Lol!
We headed on around and to Slumbering Bear trail backwards as once again we were hearing hikers approaching from where we had just been. A trail always looks refreshingly different when hiked backwards!
We returned via Bear Hollow since we couldn’t originally go that route. They had put a wooden box with information like you might find at a park. We believe they are eventually going to turn their land into a park. Take a look at @silvertop’s post tonight for more information on the box.
As we were descending, the trees break now and again to give you a stunning vista made extra good if the weather is just right. If you look off at the skyline in this next picture, you can make out the buildings of the Vancouver British Columbia, Canada skyline. Awesome phone I have here as I’ve never been able to capture this view in the past with my old phone.

WOW, your new iPhone captured clear details of the skyline so far away! The last time I was visited Canada was two and a half years ago when five of my girlfriends and I took a short weekend repositioning cruise to Vancouver. Then we drove and stayed in the City of Victoria after. We drove back to San Francisco, with another overnight stay in Seattle, then back to back to the SF Bay Area. A fun but very hectic get-away. Tje cruise was relaxing though. I see that A'Lamb has her friend Penelope... hehe... love the masks!

I have to say I do like my new phone! I think it's going to work out just fine!
2 and a half years ago; you were so close to where I live! We last went to Canada probably in August last year to the Old Spaghetti Factory over in Abbotsford. And now......we can't😔
As for Actifit-Lamb......I couldn't let her have a tea party without Penelope-Lamb having a mask.
