Quality over quantity or less km and more leg pain 🤣🤸
Hello ActiPeeps!
This time I did the same route without messing up!
Going up on the hill has been extra demanding on my legs, even though I didn't make much more km, which is a good extra push!
My sleep is still all messed up. I get home even more tired than I was when I wake up. Shouldn't exercise give more energy? 🤣
There are so many things messed up in my lifestyle that need some fixing...
Until then, I will keep walking!
