Hello ActiPeeps!

Uh, a makeover? Fancy!

Yeah, I'm trying to revive my ActiReports. Been only adding pictures and random thoughts and this should be used properly!

So I decided to expose myself a little bit and start something that I start every year lol but by exposing myself a bit and having a proper diary maybe I can be more focused on it and make myself accountable!

My weight loss journey!
My goal is to reach 80kg! And even not the ideal number for me there's still a long way to go!
I'm in no rush, just keep some consistency in exercise everyday and log my food and water intake. Stay on the calories that I can spend according to my information.

With some hints of a future lockdown, I'm glad that I have the bike and this time really use it, as well as keep consistency in doing intermittent fasting (jejum intermitente)!


I have YAZIO as the app to log my calories and water and also has the intermittent fasting feature which is pretty cool all together in one app.
I have a scale connected to my phone that gives a bunch of data so I'll be using it any other day or weekly because I get distracted with David and don't weight first thing in the morning lol

Apologies in advance but both apps are in Portuguese and can't change it unless I change the language of the phone lol but it's mostly understandable since some words are similar.

I saved all the data on Sunday because I of course I would forget today lol

Even though I received the news that all schools will be closed this week for Covid testing, and a bit of frustration after getting a planner and writing down some things I would do during the week and went to the roof lol, I decided to keep up most of the task as much possible!

So instead of going for a walk, I went to the bike! And YAZIO has a recipe section and been checking that as well to make and cook to avoid take-outs and those yummy things that we should avoid too!

Don't worry, I will be sharing pictures outside if I can or the little monkey!


Hope this helps me...I always had weight problems and emotional eating and with the Covid-mess even more! Back to my pregnancy weight, baby and everything LOL sad but true...

And I hope this helps someone in the same place!

Losing weight is more tougher than accumulating Hive(for me).😀
