My Actifit Report Card: September 6 2020

Happy Sunday everyone!

I admit that I’m not so productive today. But, I’m still glad because I was able to do exercise for 30 minutes in the morning. After that, my idleness strikes. I’m so tied up holding my gadgets today. I played new games, checked my social media, read articles, etc. In short, I spent my weekend sitting most of the time.

In the afternoon, we attended congregation meeting virtually. When I checked my actifit count at 5PM, I only earned less than 3k. So in the evening, one hour after eating, I decided to ambulate around the house to reach at least 5k.
