My Actifit Report Card: June 6 2020
I’m feeling better today. However, I didn’t engaged much in activity because the weather is unbearable. According to the Official Facebook Page of our province, Pangasinan, the heat index here reached upto 55 degrees Celsius. It is categorized as Extreme Danger. The source of this data came from PAGASA Dagupan City. This is the highest heat index recorded in our province this year. Along with this, the maximum temperature is in 35.6 degrees Celcius while the humidity is 73%. No wonder my migrane was triggered again, a little bit. The heat of the sun is really penetrating. So I stayed in a room with AC most of the time. But still I walked around the house and in the backyard to breathe some fresh air.
We have to be careful since it’s still summer because chances of acquiring heat stroke is high. It is imminent. One way to prevent this is by drinking plenty of water. Hydration is very important.
