where is the dog / Meine Actifit-Report-Card: Juni 27 2020

Today I was out with my wife and dog. We took a little walk between the fields and forests. In the meantime we have missed our thickness. It was suddenly swallowed up by the earth. After no short search, we found her in a ditch near an extensive mud bath. 😂 And of course I also did some sport. Not very much, but at least a little bit. In the morning 3 x 30 pushups and in the afternoon I was running a little. And of course I was also out with the dog.

Heute war ich mit meiner Frau und dem Hund unterwegs. Zwischen den Feldern und Wäldern haben wir einen kleinen Spaziergang gemacht. Zwischenzeitlich haben wir unsere Dicke vermisst. Sie war auf einmal wie vom Erdboden verschluckt. Nach keiner kurzen Suche haben wir sie in einem Graben bei einem ausgiebigen Schlammbad gefunden. 😂
Und natürlich habe ich auch etwas Sport gemacht. Nicht sehr viel, aber wenigstens ein kleines bisschen. Am Morgen 3 x 30 Liegestützen und am Nachmittag war ich etwas Laufen. Und natürlich war ich auch mit dem Hund unterwegs.
