Hello, sports friends.
Finally, it is a week-end. A strenuous week with bad weather comes to an end. Today I could do something again to steps there I had enough movement on the work. After the work I was on the move one more round with the dog and after the dinner it went on the couch watch TV to.

Hallo Sportsfreunde.
Endlich ist es Wochenende. Eine anstrengende Woche mit schlechtem Wetter geht zu Ende. Ich konnte heute wieder einiges an Schritte erledigen da ich genug Bewegung auf der Arbeit hatte. Nach der Arbeit war ich noch eine Runde mit den Hund unterwegs und nach dem Abendessen ging es auf die Couch zum fernsehen.
