birthday/Meine Actifit-Report-Card: Mai 12 2020

Today my thick birthday has. It is 7 years now already with us.
After the work I have run by her one size round and we have played extensively. Then at home there was a holiday bone the rest of the evening became gechillt.

And of course I have also made today again some sport. Not a lot, but at least a little bit. In the morning some push-ups and in the afternoon some running. And of course I was with the dog.

Heute hat meine Dicke Geburtstag. 7 Jahre ist sie jetzt schon bei uns.
Nach der Arbeit bin ich mit ihr eine größe Runde gelaufen und wir haben ausgiebig gespielt. Zu Hause gab es dann einen Festtagsknochen der Rest des Abends wurde gechillt.

Und natürlich habe ich auch heute wieder etwas Sport gemacht. Nicht sehr viel, aber wenigstens ein kleines bisschen. Am Morgen einige Liegestützen und am Nachmittag etwas Laufen. Und natürlich war ich mit dem Hund.
