Today has not run with me again a lot. In the cold weather it also simply gives no pleasure to move in the free one. Even this small bee had to fly no desire.
And of course I have made some sport. Not a lot, but at least a little bit. In the morning some push-ups and in the afternoon I was some running. And of course I was on the move with the dog.

Heute ist bei mir wieder nicht sehr viel gelaufen. Bei dem kalten Wetter macht es auch einfach keinen Spaß sich im Freien zu bewegen. Selbst diese kleine Biene hatte keine Lust zu fliegen.
Und natürlich habe ich etwas Sport gemacht. Nicht sehr viel, aber wenigstens ein kleines bisschen. Am Morgen einige Liegestützen und am Nachmittag war ich etwas Laufen. Und natürlich war ich mit dem Hund unterwegs.
