Walk, walk, walk, until your legs hurt to the point of collapsing with tiredness. This was the keynote and the fundamental focus of our training and one day my master explained to me why:

Awaken our stagnant energy that in almost 100% of people is trapped on the soles of their feet in a kind of hard mud or crust.
