My Actifit Report Card: June 13 2021

A family reunion today! We entertained my father who is 85 years old. We have not seen him in person for 18 months due to the Covid situation. It was great, as he could also meet his two great grandsons for the first time. He looked in reasonably good health after a spell in hospital last year with fluid on the lungs (not Covid related). I hope it's not too long before we can all meet up again.
Actifit steps not too bad again. At least I got some exercise!
