Willian Borges has rejected the 2 years offer by Chelsea and it is likely he moved to Arsenal to continue his career next season as They are the only team he could moved to since he feels like staying in London. He has rejected any offer from the MLS and other league. His future is yet to be decided with Arsenal but the deal should be completed in some weeks.
