Podzim? / Autumn?
Ano, podzim. I když tomu venkovní teploty posledních dnů neodpovídají, máme tu podzim. Za čtyři dny bude potvrzen i kalendářem. Příroda ovšem na lidský kalendář nedbá a "jede" podle svého :-).
Yes, autumn. Although the outdoor temperatures of the last few days do not correspond to this, we have autumn here. It will be confirmed by a calendar in four days. However, nature ignores the human calendar and "goes" according to its own :-).
On this afternoon's walk, I saw irrefutable evidence of the onset of autumn. These are the mushrooms we call "Václavky" in Bohemia. They are good for sauce or just spice and fry in lard :-).
These mushrooms were named after St. Wenceslas, whose holiday we will celebrate on September 28, because at this time they grow most abundantly.
Na dnešní odpolední procházce jsem zaznamenal nezvratný důkaz nástupu podzimu. Jsou to houby Václavky. Dobré jsou do omáčky nebo jen tak okořenit a usmažit na sádle :-).
