A única coisa que está sendo bastante desagradável para mim nesta época de quarentena é não poder frequentar a academia. Faço exercícios em casa mas não é a mesma coisa sem os aparelhos de musculação e o meu treinador. Também sinto falta da piscina, tenho andado as vezes no mar, mas morro de medo das ondas. Espero que tudo volte ao normal logo.
