Buonasera ragazzi!
Settimana difficile per me, il turno di notte mi mette sempre alla prova..
Quest'anno l'autunno non si è fatto certo attendere, puntuale come un orologio ha portato piggia e freddo anche se l'estate almeno di giorno tiene duro con temperature accettabili... guardiamo il lato positivo io e il mio cucciolo possiamo andare a correre a qualsiasi orario ora :-)

Good evening guys!
A difficult week for me, the night shift always tests me...
This year autumn was certainly not long in coming, punctual as a clock brought sluggishness and cold even if the summer at least during the day holds out with acceptable temperatures ... let's look on the positive side, my puppy and I can go running at any time now :-)
