I had lots of errands to run today such as go to the local recycling centre to get rid of some of my rubbish. It is amazing how many steps you put in when you are active all day sorting things in the house and garden.

I did go for a short walk in the morning up to the town centre to buy some fresh bread from the bakery.

20K steps walking is quite a lot, I think at least 10 km.
