Buona sera. Finito da poco di cenare. Anche oggi giornata pesante e tanto stress. Ho camminato meno ma ho dovuto gestire un sacco di problematiche.

La cosa buffa che adesso nell'app di fitbit hanno implementato una funzione che monitora lo stress che va da 1 a 100 dove il valore più alto equivale al minor stress.
Oggi mi ha dato 92 peccato che avevo lo stress alle stelle.
Mentre nei giorni precedenti ho avuto per 2 giorni punteggio a 78 ed ero più tranquillo...
