So after being disconnected from basically everthing it was now time to go out and jogg again. Was worried that the extra kilos I added would make my body hurt, so had a slower pace than usually. Felt okay until the last km when My right foot started to hurt.

Felt nice to start again and now I'm thinking about what type of goals I should set for myself 2021 regarding My training. Run everyday? We will see what I decide to do. What I do know is that I need a new pair of running shoes 👍

Yes I learned long ago that good shoes are so important! You can definitely tell when you get to the point where you need to replace them or put in new insoles! Congratulations on excellent 13 K @actifit Steps today my friend!
