My Actifit Report Card: September 21 2020

Monday.

Another day, another week, another walk!

Beautifully warm weather with a fresh breeze invited Hazel and myself to go for a couple of short walks throughout the day.

I finally met the neighbourhood cat again, I initially thought she'd be a recurring guest on my actifit blog, but then I didn't see her for a couple of weeks.

 

 

She was sitting on the sidewalk munching on some shards of grass. I think she felt a bit bothered when I approached her, so I left her to her feline business and continued walking. Maybe I'll get some cuddles next time!

Later, while taking a little break by the edge of the forest, I noticed a dragonfly sitting to my feet.

 

 

It buzzed around between the leafs on the ground and didn't lift off. When I picked it up it I saw what's up. The poor thing had a clipped wing and wasn't able to fly anymore.

After some consideration and a lot of hesitation I decided to end its suffering. Kind of a tough moment for a softball like myself.

Other than that, it was a nice day and it ended with a little walk after sunset.

Dragonfly 😢

That is a beautiful cat, lot nicer that the cats I usually meet at the streets 🤣
It can be seen that she is doing well, she has got so healthy look. And I especially like the 3 colored cats 😊

It can be seen that she is doing well indeed! I'd say she's maybe even a bit overweight and definitely well pampered :D

Hold on to those Cat Appreciation Tokens for a while and you might get some visits by @cuddlekitten eventually ;)

Oh that poor dragonfly. :( Hope it's next life will be with more wings. If that's the way life works.
