My Actifit Report Card: September 19 2020

Saturday.

Nice weather, some walking, good company, nothing too special and no feline encounters.

I took a nice walk into the woods in the morning. Not a full-on hike but more than the quick walk before lunch.

I tried to make it a slow walk and do some mindful breathing while enjoying the cool but warming atmosphere.

Hazel came by in the early afternoon and after picking her up at the train station we went to the hidden lake to watch the kingfishers for a while.

I didn't take any pictures there today, but I noticed something completely different later while returning to the village. It made me smirk a little. Seems like there might be a TRON fanboy living in the neighbourhood.

Or probably it's just the name of the construction guy who patched up the cracks in the asphalt here... my condolences.

After dinner I watched the sun set over the village with Hazel and that was the day.
