Another 10 km Run!

Before dinner - the sun is already tilting towards the horizon - I went outside for a 10 km run. Most fields are harvested and bare, only the corn is still standing. Probably it will take a few more weeks until it is ripe for harvest.
My run was very pleasant today. I didn't run very fast (7:12 min./km), just breathed through my nose with calm full breaths, that felt really very good.
This is the way it should be!
Vor dem Abendessen - die Sonne neigt sich bereits zum Horizont - ging ich noch für einen 10 km Lauf nach draußen. Die meisten Felder sind kahl und abgeerntet, nur der Mais steht noch. Vermutlich wird es noch ein paar Wochen dauern bis auch er zur Ernte reif ist.
Mein Lauf war heute sehr angenehm. Ich lief nicht sehr schnell (7:12 Min./km), atmete nur durch die Nase mit ruhigen vollen Atemzügen, das fühlte sich wirklich sehr gut an.
So soll es sein!
