Watching amazing Dexter Bulls!

As some of you may remember, I have reported several times about Dexter cows that are bred by a farmer in my area.

Today mainly the bulls were in the meadows, the black "Sheriff" impressed me especially! His size alone (although Dexter is a "small" breed of cattle) was remarkable. I would not really like to be face to face with him. Fortunately there is an electric fence between us so that nothing can happen to the passing walkers.

The brown bull seems to be still very young!

Two years ago there were very few cattle, in the meantime the farmer has more than 20 cattle!




Wie sich bestimmt einige von euch daran erinnern können, hab ich schon mehrfach von Dexter Kühen berichtet, die in meiner Gegend von einem Bauern gezüchtet werden.

Heute waren überwiegend die Bullen auf der Weide, der schwarze "Sheriff" hat mich besonders beeindruckt! Allein seine Größe (obwohl Dexter ja eine "kleinwüchsige" Rinderrasse ist) war beachtlich. Ich möchte ihm nicht wirklich gegenüberstehen. Zum Glück ist ein Elektrozaun zwischen uns, sodass den vorbeigehenden Spaziergängern nichts passieren kann.
Der braune Bulle scheint noch sehr jung zu sein.

Vor zwei Jahren noch waren es sehr wenige Rinder, in der Zwischenzeit hat der Bauer mehr als 20 Tiere!
