Visiting two Goats!

My walk today led me to a farm near where I live. While passing by I saw two goats on a meadow, which greeted me friendly. While I was taking pictures they showed their chocolate side.
I wore my barefoot shoes also today. After a total of 11 km (yesterday and today) I can feel a sore muscle in my calves. My legs also feel more tense compared walking with normal shoes.
It is amazing what a change of shoes can do!
Mein Spaziergang führte mich heute zu einem Bauernhof in meiner Nähe. Beim Vorbeigehen sah ich auf einer Weide zwei Ziegen, die mich freundlich begrüßten. Beim Fotografieren zeigten sie sich von ihrer Schokoladenseite.
Auch heute hatte ich meine Barfußschuhe an. Nach insgesamt 11 km (gestern und heute) spüre ich einen Muskelkater in meinen Waden. Meine Beine fühlen sich angespannter an, als wenn ich mit normalen Schuhen laufe.
Es ist schon erstaunlich, was ein Wechsel des Schuhwerks ausmacht!
