Flowering Chives!

Today I was on my walk with my macro lens and was looking for suitable plants, flowers etc. that I have never before taken pictures of. It's not so easy to find them, but I saw a tuft of chives along the way!
The pictures show the chives when they show their pretty purple blossom. Normally we never get to see the flower, because we buy it in the supermarket when it is still young and without flowers.
I think our everyday chive looks very, very attractive!
Heute war ich auf meinem Spaziergang mit meinem Makro Objektiv unterwegs und suchte nach geeigneten Pflanzen, Blüten usw, die ich noch nie fotografiert habe. Es ist nicht so einfach fündig zu werden, aber ich sah am Wegesrand ein Büschel Schnittlauch!
Die Bilder zeigen den Schnittlauch, wenn er seine hübsche lilafarbene Blüte zeigt. Normalerweise bekommen wir die Blüte nie zu Gesicht, da wir ihn im Supermarkt dann kaufen, wenn er noch jung und ohne Blüten ist.
Ich finde unser alltäglicher Schnittlauch sieht sehr, sehr attraktiv aus!

Ich finde den blühenden Schnittlauch auch sehr schön. Und die Knospen sind köstlich!
Ich sollte mal Schnittlauch selbst auf dem Balkon ziehen. Hab die Knospen bzw. Blüten noch nie gegessen! Schmecken die ähnlich wie der Schnittlauch (Stengel) selbst?
Ja. Noch etwas intensiver, saftig und zart. Ich esse aber nur die Knospen, Blüten nehme ich gern als Schmuck auf grünem Salat.
