Who has options like this already? Besides the (almost) zero waste, this type of buying food is friendlier to one or two people households, as you buy what you need. What do you think?

We have some of those out here, but honestly; don’t know if the pandemic wiped them out. It serves some purpose for our family, but overall not really something we would be consistent with. I need to check if the one near us is still active.
Ah that's nice to have at least one such store near and I get that it's not realistic to find everything you need in such a store, especially how some crops are seasonal.
